Arbonne

Arbonne has been driving the healthy living movement for over 40 years, creating positive change within the health & wellness industry, within our customers’ and consultants’ lives, and for the environment.

True confessions and full disclosure: I love these products. I use the products daily, as does my family. I believe in them so much, that I am an independent consultant who sells these products and earns commissions on those sales.

The Woman’s Herbal Apothecary

by JJ Pursell.

“200 Natural remedies for healing, hormone balance, beauty and longevity, and creating calm.” I can’t tell you how often I reference this thoughtfully curated, well written, and beautifully photographed book.

Mountain Rose Herbs

A downright remarkable source for herbs, teas, salves, lotions, recipes, and one of the best blogs I’ve ever read. When I can’t grow it in my own garden, or need some ideas for what to do with it, this is the place I go.

FitOn

More than just yoga, this free app offers HIIT workouts, meditations, kickboxing, you name it. Search by style, by length of workout, and find exactly what will fit into your busy day.

Yoga International

This website is chock full of yoga lessons from superb instructions. Offers options in lots of different yoga styles, lengths, and intensity. Subscription based access.

Wellena

High quality supplements, skincare, and - my favorite - digestive bitters! Also a good source of information on hormone balancing, estrogen dominance, and menopause symptoms. I love her book on “Cooking for Hormone Balance”
